Policy Innovation of Life Cycle Management of Industrial Land Supply in China

With the expansion of scale industrial land, China’s economy continues to grow at a high speed, but long-term homogeneous land supply policy has led low use efficiency. Exploring differentiated (DILSP) innovations can effectively address this issue. However, due limited practical cases, there are few studies on supply. Based life cycle management (LCM) (LCMIL), study uses analysis method reform and innovate solve disadvantages current proposes DILSP as its basis. The research shows following: (1) many problems in policy, innovation some economically developed cities achieved positive results, indicating that an effective institutional is best way these problems; (2) process utilization obvious cyclical characteristics, complete framework based “differentiated access evaluation, method, period, price, post-supply supervision” certain rationality feasibility. This provides innovative solution shortcomings existing idea applying LCM theory government policy-making also reference significance.
